Refund Policy

Because Unfixed operates as an intermediary ticketing platform for third-party event organizers, our refund policies are subject to the specific terms set by each organizer.

1. General Refund Guidelines

  • All ticket sales are final, unless stated otherwise by the event organizer.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the organizer's terms. Unfixed will facilitate communication but is not directly responsible for issuing refunds out of its own funds.

2. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the event's specific policies, you must request it through the platform or by contacting the event organizer directly. Unfixed platform fees are generally non-refundable.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
