• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Booking and Payments

• Unfixed acts as an intermediary connecting users with event organizers.
• All ticket prices, fees, and event details are determined by the respective event organizers.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. By making a payment, you agree to their respective terms.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, fraud, or to disrupt the services provided by Unfixed or the event organizers. Any abuse may result in immediate account termination.

4. Limitation of Liability

Midnight Digital Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any cancellations, delays, injuries, or damages that occur at the events listed on our platform. All grievances regarding an event must be directed to the event organizer.
